Pediatric Behavioral Health Medical Director

Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, the largest Managed Care Organization in North Carolina, is looking for a Pediatric Behavioral Health Medical Director candidate who desires to work for a mission-driven organization. We are seeking candidates who want to drive excellence and work in a collaborative environment.

This Medical Director will provide dedicated, full-time medical leadership and clinical thought leadership to the organization and to the community it serves, with an emphasis on Cardinal’s pediatric membership. Some examples of the meaningful work provided by the Medical Director will be approval and denial of care, Medicaid appeals practice guidelines, utilization management procedures, utilization management plan implementation, care management activities, stakeholder relationships, etc.
